At NCA Register, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for services purchased through our platform.

Eligible for Refund

• Service not yet initiated and no government filing or third-party fee has been paid on your behalf
• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Service cancelled by NCA Register due to our inability to deliver

Not Eligible for Refund

• Government fees, stamp duty, or portal charges already paid
• Services where work has been substantially completed or filed
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• DSC, DIN, or other third-party products already issued

Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@ncaregister.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if part of the service has been completed. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
